  Since I don't live in Roseburg and never have lived there, I was so nervous about finding a professional photographer that both my now husband and I would be comfortable with. Once I met Anne all my worries vanished. We did an engagement session with her 10 months before our wedding and my husband, who is normally not the best with having his photo taken, instantly bonded with Anne. He was so comfortable and did not mind at all when Anne suggested how he should stand or look. This was big for me, as I knew he would then be comfortable with the hundreds of photo shots on our wedding day. Our engagement photos were incredible and became instant favorites with our family and friends when I used them for our Christmas card and Save the Date card. During the time between our engagement photos and wedding, Anne was a great resource. Any questions I had, Anne was very responsive and always got back to me quickly. When our wedding came around, she was a dream! The photos were gorgeous - I don't think I have ever looked so good! Anne's use of film makes the colors vibrant and images crisp. They have a classic, elegant quality that shows her true artistry. She doesn't just take your picture, but looks at them like art. I feel like I am right back on my wedding day when I go through them. Anne was so helpful during the day as well. We forgot a knife and server for the cake, but before I knew it, Anne had spoken with the staff at our wedding venue and brought one over - our guests never would have known the snafu! Best of all, her personality makes her so easy to be around. She is warm, energetic, and friendly, but not in your face or overbearing like some wedding photographers. Oftentimes I forgot she was even taking our photo, and those unexpected shots were some of my favorites because she truly captured our emotions. I was so excited to see she had taken photos of my favorite moments at the wedding (like my 88 year old grandmother dancing!) without me even asking. What a talent Anne has at capturing these amazing life events. Thank you Anne!
