  New customer on a vehicle loan. EXCELLENT rates! Wonderful customer service, friendly and community minded. ONLY bummer...... No on-line bill bay? Millennials are gonna flip out! haha. No worries, they sent me a payment book (like I used in the 80's) And Ill just drop that off at a branch. I was not interested in recurring payments. 9 outta 10. Could have been a 10 otherwise. Good job NWCU!
